I’m unsure about a size or I have a fit question.  How do I find this information?

Once you have added your items to the cart, you will find the “Apply Coupon” window, where you should enter your code.

Why should I create a user profile at Skochypstiks?

 

Before placing an order, you can create a user profile. When you log in to your user profile, your personal details are already stored so that you don’t have to enter them again when placing a new order. There you can get a full overview, pending orders, order history, shipping and payment details.

SHIPPING

 

Most orders ship within 2 – 5 business days of purchase. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

We ship worldwide.

Shipping to Europe usually takes from 5-7 business days.

International shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

 

If the package does not arrive within that time please check your tracking number and call your closest post office. The package will stay in your post office for a month before it will be automatically shipped back to Skochypstiks. Please note that Skochypstiks is not responsible for the package from the moment it has been dispatched, e.g. in case of unsuccessful delivery attempts followed by a missing note from the courier. Please be advised that the package is shipped via the national post office (not a private courier).

 

TAXES&DUTIES

Will I have to pay international Taxes & Duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Skochypstiks cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Skochypstiks, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Skochypstiks. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.

Am I still required to pay customs, duties, taxes, and collection fees when I receive “Free International Shipping”?

Yes, all international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

I just received my item(s) and they don’t fit, can I return the item(s) for another size?

Absolutely yes! We want to make sure that you are very happy with your purchase, and that the item(s) fit you perfectly!

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Skochypstiks will issue a refund within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.

We accept returns on DISCOUNTED or SALE product.

All returns or exchanges must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.                                                                                                                                        

We will only refund shipping charges if we sent the wrong item or the item sent was defective. If you are making an exchange because you would like a different size, style or color, you will be charged for shipping on your exchange. The return/exchange value is determined by the last retail price of the item.

How Long Does It Take To Process My Return?

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.
Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
