SHIPPING POLICY

1. Prices and Methods of Shipping Available

1.1 A price calculator is available at checkout.
1.2 We offer two shipping methods: Standard and Express FedEx shipping.


2. Local Shipping

2.1 Local delivery is applicable only to Serbia.
2.2 Delivery options include PostExpress.
2.3 Usually takes 2-3 days for delivery.


3. International Shipping and Tax

3.1 All shipments outside of Serbia are considered international.
3.2 Please note that as the buyer, you are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc., required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect these fees in advance and cannot provide estimates due to variations worldwide. Conduct research to prepare for customs clearance and understand potential additional costs.


4. Shipping Restrictions

The maximum parcel weight we can ship is from 20 to 30 kg, depending on the country. For larger orders, please contact us, and we will calculate the best option, potentially sending your items in two or more boxes.

5. Handling Time

5.1 We strive to ship items as soon as possible, generally within 2-3 business days to allow for processing.
5.2 This does not apply to items on pre-order. For specific lead time inquiries, contact us at info@skochypstiks.com.


6. Transit Time

6.1 🇪🇺 EU – Standard Shipping: 6-10 working days, sometimes even less.
6.2 🇬🇧 UK – Standard Shipping: 6-10 working days, sometimes even less.
6.3 🇺🇸 US – Standard Shipping: 9-13 working days, varying by location.
6.4 🌍 Africa – Standard Shipping: 10-15 days.
6.5 🌏 Asia – Standard Shipping: 10-15 days.
6.6 🇦🇺🇳🇿 Australia and New Zealand – Standard Shipping: 13-17 days.

6.7 Please note that the Standard Shipping time doesn’t always reflect the actual shipping time. How fast (or slow) your Skochys will reach you if you choose this shipping method only depends on your National delivery company (National Post office) and Customs office.

6.8 Skochy isn’t responsible for the delivery of your goods once they are in your country, so we kindly ask you to use the tracking code we provide you and contact your National Post for all the questions. If you’re in a hurry or you want to make sure your Skochys arrive in short period of time, please opt for FedEx shipping.

7. Customs

7.1 Customs procedures can take from 2 days up to 4 weeks (depends on your country’s regulations).
7.2 When the package is at the customs in your country, it will be visible through the tracking number.
7.3 You can always call your customs and find out about your package status.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

8.1 In the rare event that you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
8.2 Provide detailed information and, if possible, photos of the damaged or defective items.
8.3 If you have received the wrong item, please contact us so we can promptly resolve the issue.
8.4 We will work with you to replace the items or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability.


9. Holidays and Peak Seasons

9.1 During holidays and peak seasons, shipping times may be affected.
9.2 We will communicate any potential delays, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during these periods.


10. Tracking Information

10.1 Tracking information, if applicable, will be provided once your order has been shipped.
10.2 You can track the status of your shipment using the provided tracking number.
10.3 If you encounter any issues with tracking or have questions, please contact us at info@skochypstiks.com for assistance.


11. Customs Documentation

11.1 Any necessary customs documentation will be included with your shipment.
11.2 Ensure you provide accurate information for customs clearance to avoid delays or issues.


12. Incorrect Address

12.1 It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide accurate shipping information.
12.2 If the buyer has provided an incorrect or incomplete address, and the package is subsequently returned to us, we will contact the buyer to obtain the correct address. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred.
12.3 Skochy will not be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing SKOCHY. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If, however, you need to return an item, we’re here to assist you.

1. Returns

1.1 You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
1.2 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
1.3 Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds

2.1 Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
2.2 If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
2.3 You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Exchanges

3.1 If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Shipping

4.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
