2024 is drawing to a close, and what an incredible way to finish it – with strength, determination, and most importantly, together as a community!

The SKOCHY Parkour Conditioning Challenge wasn’t just about numbers (though those 78,000+ total repetitions are mind-blowing! 💪) it was about pushing boundaries, supporting, inspiring each other, and proving that we’re capable of more than we imagine.

From brutal push-up marathons to conquering stairs in QM, you’ve shown what dedication truly means. Whether you completed one challenge or crushed all four weeks, each rep, each post, and each word of encouragement made our community stronger.

As we leap into 2025, remember that every movement counts, every progression matters, and every training session brings you closer to your goals. This challenge wasn’t just about finishing the year strong – it was about building momentum for an even stronger tomorrow.

Thank you for being part of this journey. Stay strong, stay healthy, keep that parkour spirit alive! #StayinMotion

Thanks for the challenge! It was really great and I saw some really dedicated beasts out there working like robots non-stop!!
I always like to see back to the year passed if I achieved any of my goals and to set new ones for the new year! It’s reflection time!!
Hope everyone had a great 2024 and 2025 to be even better!
