Parkour Table Routine

Table Routine is made of two simple movements that are repeated.
Your challenge is to make if flow in at least one circle around the table.
If that goes easy enough try to speed it up and do more reps without a break.

There is an extra challenge (plan B) for more fun. Let’s flow on the table!
