Quick Ab Workout

In this video I demonstrated how you can train your abs with dynamics, as well as statics on a pull up bar .
Doing 2-3 sets with 1-2 min pause in between will give you a good Ab workout.

You can hit this routine 1-2x a week in the end of your main workout. .

Beginner

1.Hanging Knee Raises

2.Tuck to L hold

3.Tuck Side to Side

Advanced

1.Hanging Leg Raise

2.Half Raise

3.Leg Raise from 90°
